THE LETTER TO WRITE TODAY

There is a letter than wants to be written today... 📝
A good old fashioned hand written letter.
It's a letter from your own Soul/Spirit, written to you.
It's a message of love to ensure you feel fully supported.
It's what the wisest part of you wants you to remember.

Sometimes our small noisy minds get so filled with negative thoughts that are not loving or kind toward ourselves. We might end up beating ourselves up for not being enough of something or not doing enough. We might put pressure on ourselves. We might focus on our weaknesses. We might resist parts of ourselves we don't like.

Well, today we say enough is enough!

On Valentine's Day, a day of LOVE! It is of course a day that traditionally involves expressing love outwards to others, which is awesome. And yet that day in our community, I encourage you to first and foremost give your love to the one person who is most important in your life... YOU!

Grab a pen and paper, and write yourself a little love letter. It can be as short as... "Dear me, you're awesome, never forget it!"

Tell yourself that you absolutely DESERVE your own love and affection.
Remind yourself that you're awesome just as you are, with all your quirks and flaws included.
Acknowledge, praise and celebrate yourself.
Be as compassionate to yourself as you would be to those people you care most about in your life.

A happy life starts within, based in your own unconditional acceptance and love for yourself.
